Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of GroZro. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and confirm that you can enter a binding agreement.

GroZro helps customers discover social conversations, draft content, review and approve it, schedule or publish approved content, and analyze results. AI-generated suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate. You remain responsible for reviewing every output and for content published through your accounts.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. You may connect only accounts you are authorized to manage. Your use of X and other connected platforms remains subject to their rules and terms.

You may not use GroZro for spam, deceptive engagement, harassment, unlawful content, impersonation, platform manipulation, credential abuse, security testing without permission, or conduct that violates a connected platform's policies. We may limit or suspend automation that threatens users, the service, or a platform relationship.

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. A trial requires a payment method and converts to the selected paid plan at the end of the stated trial unless cancelled first. You can cancel from the billing portal before renewal. Except where law requires otherwise, charges already incurred are non-refundable.

You retain ownership of content and data you provide. You grant GroZro a limited license to process that content only to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights needed for content you upload or publish.

We work to keep GroZro available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or continued availability of third-party APIs. Features may change when platform rules, pricing, or technical requirements change. Material subscription changes will be communicated in advance where practical.

GroZro is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost audience, lost revenue, or actions taken by connected platforms. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the three months before the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, security risk, nonpayment, or platform-policy violation. Provisions concerning payment, ownership, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.
