Privacy Policy

This policy explains how GroZro processes information when you visit grozro.com, create an account, connect an X account, or use the GroZro application, API, CLI, and support channels.

We collect account details such as your email address, workspace name, subscription status, product settings, support messages, and security logs. When you connect X, we process the account identifier, username, OAuth tokens, posts and metrics needed to provide discovery, drafting, publishing, scheduling, and analytics features.

We also process the growth profile, drafts, approvals, target accounts, learnings, and performance data you choose to store in GroZro. Payment card details are collected by Stripe and are not stored by GroZro.

We use information to provide and secure the service, generate requested content, publish approved content, measure results, enforce usage limits, process payments, respond to support requests, and improve product reliability. We do not sell personal information or use private connected-account data to train public AI models.

GroZro uses infrastructure, database, AI-model, analytics, email, payment, and social platform providers only as needed to operate the service. These providers process data under their own contractual and security obligations. Current material subprocessors are available by request at support@grozro.com.

Workspace content is retained while your account is active. Operational logs and backups are retained only for security, reliability, legal, and fraud-prevention needs. You can disconnect X at any time. You can request account and connected-platform data deletion from the Data Deletion page or by emailing support@grozro.com.

GroZro uses tenant isolation, encrypted connections, encrypted OAuth credentials, access controls, rate limits, and audit logging. No internet service can guarantee absolute security; report suspected security issues to support@grozro.com.

You may access and edit your profile, disconnect integrations, export data through the product or API, and request correction or deletion. You may also object to or restrict processing where applicable under local law.
