Data Deletion

Open Settings, select Integrations, and disconnect the X account. You can also revoke GroZro from the connected platform's authorized-app settings. Revocation stops future access but does not automatically delete existing workspace records.

Email support@grozro.com from the address associated with your account with the subject "Data deletion request". Include your workspace name. We will verify the request, delete active workspace data within 30 days, and allow encrypted backups to expire on their normal retention schedule unless law requires longer retention.

We may retain limited billing, fraud-prevention, security, and legal records when required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal claims. Retained records are isolated from normal product use.
